Our beginnings date back to 1989 when BIA was founded as the first biotech start-up in Slovenia. In the previous years, we’ve accrued many successfully solved professional challenges and we’ve developed into a company that builds its strategy on knowledge, rich experience, professionalism and employee responsibility.

Today we also have a business presence in other Adriatic region countries, namely Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo. Our customers are laboratories in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, institutes, faculties and public institutions.
